Not a loyalty scheme, not a points card. Just the things that make a door order less of a nuisance.
The price is already the trade price
There is no account to open, no minimum order and no haggling to get a decent number. What is on the website is what a fitter pays, and it is what a homeowner pays too. We would rather publish one honest price than run two.
Priced in minutes, on site
The designer works on a phone. You can price a door standing in a customer's hallway, quote them there and then, and move on to the next job instead of promising to ring back.
Made to the sizes you give us
Every door is cut to your millimetre measurements, so you are not making up 20mm with packers and mastic. If a size looks wrong to us, we ring you before it goes into manufacture.
Consolidated delivery
Ordering several doors? Tell us before you order and we will line up the manufacturing slots so they land together instead of on four separate mornings.
One person to ring
If something is wrong, you ring us, not the factory. We placed the order, so chasing it is our job, not yours.
Sensible lead times, stated honestly
10 to 12 working days on Door-Stop, 12 to 15 working days on Solidor. We would rather tell you the real number than the one you want to hear and let you down in front of your customer.

Worth knowing before you build us into a quote.
We do not fit
Supply only, delivered to your address or your customer's. An installer network is on the roadmap but it is not here yet.
We do not offer credit
Payment in full before manufacture, because every door is bespoke and cannot be resold. Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
We do not do next day
Nothing is held in stock. Every door is built to your sizes after you order, which is exactly why it fits.
We do not take size responsibility
The sizes you give us are the sizes it is built to. Send them over before you order and we will sanity check them, but the measurement is yours.

You already get our best price, so there is nothing to negotiate. What is worth setting up is the practical side.
